3. Payment Terms & Taxes

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed.
  • All prices provided in estimates include applicable sales taxes (HST/GST). No additional tax will be added to the final invoice.
  • We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
  • A deposit may be required for large or custom projects.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.

5. Access, Space & Parking

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area.
  • Parking: The customer must provide a parking spot or cover the cost of paid parking for the duration of the service.
  • If a job site is too small, cluttered, or hazardous, ASSEMBLYGTA may refuse service or require a signed damage waiver.

6. Damage & Liability

While we take every precaution, ASSEMBLYGTA is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Structural issues in the walls or building.
  • Hidden utilities: The customer must inform the technician of any hidden wires, pipes, or cables behind the mounting area.

If damage occurs directly due to our fault, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

7. Warranty

  • We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on standard installations.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, relocation of installed items, or manufacturer defects.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or job that poses a risk to our team’s safety or involves unreasonable behavior.

9. Customer Responsibility

By booking, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Be present (or have an authorized adult present) during the service.
  • Review the work before the technician leaves.
